We are fortunate to have a team of creative and driven professionals and are looking to add another Digital Marketing Executive. Working with the team, this person will manage the planning, execution, and optimization of integrated marketing campaigns through various digital marketing channels and company websites and apps. Through collaborative efforts with the content, design, and sales teams, this person will implement strategies to increase brand visibility, attract audience engagement, enhance lead generation, and ensure overall improved ROI.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the on-going development, implementation, and management of digital marketing campaigns through Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, YouTube, and others.
- Perform keyword research, on-page optimization, implement technical SEO improvements, and carry out link-building strategies to execute SEO initiatives.
- Administer the social media pages including development of content calendars, scheduling and publishing of posts, and audience engagement.
- Utilize Google Analytics, Search Console, Ads Manager and CRM dashboards to analyze website and campaign performance.
- Create and manage paid campaigns to generate leads, support e-commerce sales, and improve brand awareness, including retargeting.
- Work with designers to create and finalize the advertising and marketing collateral, integrated campaign visuals, and landing pages.
- Oversee and monitor campaign budgets and bid strategies, and other performance indicators.
- Produce campaign reports and provide written summaries of insights and recommendations on a weekly and monthly basis.
- Perform competitor analysis and research and maintain knowledge of industry digital trends, updates to platforms, and emerging tools.
- Support the development of email marketing campaigns, automation workflow strategies, and A/B testing.

What Do You Need To Have To Qualify?
You need a bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, IT, or a related field.
1-3 years in digital marketing are preferred (freshers with training may be considered).
Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, SEO, and various tools are required.
Understanding of content marketing and influence marketing and basic design tools (Canva, Figma).
You need to have reliable and copyrighting skills, be analytical, and be good at problem solving.
You should have a lot of tasks to do and you should be able to do them all have to be able to do them fast.
What Would Be Nice To Have?
Experience with HubSpot, Zoho, Mailchimp, WordPress, or Shopify are good to have.
Knowledge of tools that enhance automation Identity of automation platform and AI marketing tools.
