We are looking for a new Customer Service Executive to join our Customer Service team. For this role, you will be assisting customers, addressing their queries, and obtaining the best possible client satisfaction while communicating via telephone, email, chat, and social media. You will need to have a high level of interpersonal skills, patience, and ability to manage customers concerns while attempting to familiarize yourself with the company and its culture and values. While attempting to manage customer relationship, you will also need to have a positive customer relationship.

Major Duties and Obligations?

Utilize telephone, email, chat, or support tickets to respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner.

Assess customers needs and provide them with responsive accurate data, product information and support.

Resolve the customers issues, concerns, and complaints regarding services product in a timely and professional manner.

Utilize customer relationship management (CRM ) system to document customers transactions and interactions.

Work with appropriate teams to ensure that customer issues are resolved in a timely and efficient manner.



Inform management of recurring customer issues and areas that need improvement.

Demonstrate customer satisfaction and help improve services.

Assist with business development by promoting company products and services if appropriate.

Achieve established goals like average handling times, customer satisfaction levels, and first call resolution by following quality and communication standards.

Necessary Skills and Training?

12th pass or a bachelor s degree is recommended.

Some background in customer support, call centers, BPO, or similar positions is a plus.

Communication skills both oral and written in English and Hindi is a must (knowing other languages will be an advantage).

Capable of performing more than one task at a time, managing time, and working in stressful conditions.
