Airport ground staff must communicate efficiently and have the ability to work with customers and the public with a friendly demeanor. Essential qualities are problem-solving skills, basic knowledge of computers, a presentable kiosk, and overall good grooming. Qualification and Eligibility Criteria
Generally, airport ground staff and the airlines that operate within an airport expect applicants for all ground staff positions to have passed 10+2 (12th grade) with a recognized board and achieved qualification within an acceptable timeframe. The majority of ground staff at an airport are required to be aged between 18 and 27 years, but some differences may occur with each airline and airport authority. Candidates must also meet acceptable standards in respect to basic medical fitness as well as the required background checks.
