Tele caller has the following responsibilities:
- Make customer retention calls as you promote the business products and services.
- Answer the calls of the customers concerning the product and services.
- Respond and resolve the customers complaints and issues.
- Record the customers complaints, interactions and transactions in a suitable data base.
- Satisfy and over-achieve preset sales and customer satisfaction targets.
- Impart knowledge of the business products and services so as to assist the customers accurately.
- Edging the competitors and following the industry trends to keep the business in the lead.
- Following the businesses policies, including confidentiality and data security procedures.
- Completing the training and skills improvement activities.
- Completing the job within the given time period, and on pressures as well.
