You will assist customers in travel-related orders for work or pleasure, as well as help customers as a travel agent in selling tour packages from our suppliers. Skills and Requirements: –

  • The applicant must possess strong communication and negotiating skills.
  • In addition, there must be strong coordination, sales and proven experience in the of Travel Industry with Knowledge of travel norms, ticketing and reservation.
  • Having knowledge of trends in domestic/international travel and speaking other languages is a plus.
  • The applicant must be knowledgeable in MS Word, Excel, and possess good time management skills and be open to working shifts.
  • Knowledge of GDS/Amadeus.

Job Responsibilities: –

Arrange and sell Transportation, accommodation, travel insurance and other travel services.

Work together with the clients to ascertain their needs and counsel them on the fitting destination, means of Transportation, schedule of travel, accommodation, travel expenses and lodgings.



Addressing the different conflicts that arise with travel, processing complaints, or providing refunds.

Data entry into our system and maintaining records of the clients.

Achieve sales and profit objectives and provide after-sales service to customers.

Making new bookings on Amadeus and modifying existing bookings, quoting fares accurately, rules of carriage, ticket issuance/reissuance, and refunds processing.

Responding to Customers: –

Answer customer questions through the phone, email, facsimile, social media, etc.
Provide documentation and reports scheduled and on-demand.
Sell company products and services.
Complete the company fraud check.
Answer inbound phone calls when customers request.

Working Hours: Full-Time 2:00 pm to 11:00 pm
Type of Work: Full-time, Permanent
