Key Responsibilities:
Write and maintain standards for nursing care for the corresponding wards/clusters
Manage human resources and create schedules including duty rosters and planning for leave
Collaborate with the RMO, consultants, and the various departments of the hospital for efficient patient care
Perform audits on standard operating procedures and ensure that there is compliance on documentation and actions taken
Manage the nursing rounds, treatment supervision, and oversee the control of the assets including the medicines
Organize orientation, training, and ongoing staff development activities
Address staff discipline issues, provide performance evaluations, and create activities for the departments to work together
Prepare and submit nursing reports, provide performance indicators, and participate in the staff meetings for the department

- Mentoring, training, and developing staff
- Understanding the hospital policies, standard operating procedures (SOP), and nursing audits
