Receptionists are the first contact point for clients and visitors. They are responsible for overseeing activities at the front desk and performing various administrative functions for the overall productivity of the office. Key Responsibilities:

- Scheduling Appointments: Organize and coordinate the scheduling of meetings, appointments, and reservations of conference rooms.
- Handling Correspondence: Handle the distribution and reception of mails, emails, packages and other communications.
- Administrative Support: Support with various administrative functions, such as data entry, filing, tracking office supplies, and document preparation.
- Maintaining Records: Document all visitors and systematically adhere to security protocols.
Knowledge and Skills:
Skill in Communication: Employees will need to be able to effectively talk and write in order to communicate with both clients and other employees.
Skill in Organization: Employees need to be able to keep everything in order and be able to do more than one thing at once to keep up with the pace of the day.
People Skills: Employees will need to be able to keep a positive and professional attitude in order to give the clients the best possible service.
Office Management: Employees need to be trained in document creation programs and spreadsheets.
High School Education: Most employees need to have graduated high school or have received a General Education Diploma. More training in office skills may be preferred.
