These roles include NMRCL Ticketing Staff and Station Controller positions throughout its metro (Nagpur, Maharashtra).This Recruitment/Selection Process will seek to fill operational roles as part of Nagpur metro’s network expansion and is necessary for operational management, as well deck staff and customer service. Posts & Vacancies
Ticketing Staff (Ticket Counter)
Duties: Operations include customer service at the ticket counters and ticket sales for each transaction, as well as customer assistance, fare collection and transaction, and recordkeeping.
Estimated Vacancies: 1379 posts (may be subject to change throughout the selection process).
Station Controller
Duties: In charge of all the daily operations assumed as the head of each metro station. Responsibilities are to supervise train movements, safety of all passengers, communication and coordination with train crew and other staff, management of announcements and emergencies.
Estimated Vacancies: Approx. 133 posts.

Eligibility Criteria
- Educational Qualification
- At Minimum, 10th pass or 12th pass, attendance is required (category of specific post will determine the educational requirement).
- Age Limit
- 18-35 years (Relaxation for reserved category as per the government).

💼 Tasks
Ticketing Personnel
Issue tickets and recharge documents (cards, etc.)

Safeguard sales and collections books by keeping your books balanced.
Station Controller
Direct operational control of the station to allow for the uninterrupted operation of the metro.
Ensure the safety and security of all passengers, and control the flow of people.
Work with train drivers and the customer service team.
Address emergencies and provide situational awareness real-time.
💰 Pay & Allowances
Expected Monthly Pay
Ticketing personnel ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 (approx)
Station Controller ₹30,000 – ₹40,000 (approx)
Other allowances include a provident fund, medical cover, travel allowances, and metro travel free of charge.
