knowledge and experience:
- Animation of characters and vector graphics in Adobe After Effects.
- Video creation through illustrations, motion graphics, and images.
- Motion graphics animation.
- Custom transitions and titles slides.
- Video audio editing, synching voiceover, and sound effects.
- Preferred experience as most suited candidate to apply will have experience from an eLearning working environment and is an actual team player.
Knowledge of Other Software:
Video Editing – Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects.
Audio Editing – Adobe Audition.
Graphics – Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator.
Main Duties:
- Edit and create quality video content for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and Podcast episodes, as needed.
- Work with crafts people to guarantee that content is consistent with our brand vision and objectives.
- Use advanced video editing such as color correction, sound editing and mixing, video layer animation, and motion graphics.
- Keep up with the latest Instagram and YouTube algorithms to optimize content for the most visibility and engagement.
- Oversee the complete video production cycle, maintaining deadlines throughout the process.
- Use design tools to generate thumbnails, titles, and other graphic resources.

Skills & Qualifications Required:
At least Two (2) years of experience in Social Media Video Editing specifically YouTube and Instagram.
Knowledge of Editing tools including Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Da Vinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro, Photoshop and Illustrator.
Familiarity (or working knowledge) of Instagram and YouTube Social Media Algorithms.
Knowledge of Video Production Techniques including color grading, audio mixing, and special effects.
Ability to handle numerous projects and prioritize tasks in an efficient manner.
Ability to demonstrate creativity alongside keen eye for detail.
Ability to communicate clearly, work with others and collaborate with the team.
