Social media is responsible for creating, designing, and uploading posts, videos, and images across various platforms. Additional responsibilities include community interaction (via comments and DMs), and advertising (with the use of ads), as well as tracking and analyzing metrics (likes, shares, and reach) in order to refine and determine the effectiveness of strategies. Campaign Execution: Organizing and implementing planned social media advertising campaigns (paid social) and controlling the budget assigned to the ads.

Trend Monitoring: Following the Social Media platforms’ changes, new trends and activities of competitors.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

  • Digital Marketing: Comprehension of SEO, CRO, and primary marketing channels.
  • Creative & Writing: Exceptional copywriting, editing, and visual design Canva & Adobe Suite.
  • Analytical: Skill in analyzing information and leveraging analytics tools.
  • Communication: Superior skills in verbal/written form for internal and external audiences.

Social Media Specialist Requirements:

A bachelor’s degree in either journalism, communications, marketing, or a field related to that.
