We are seeking a registered AIIMS nurse to join our team and help with our medical care. Some of the responsibilities of caring for the patients that come to our center include keeping accurate documentation of patients, giving out medications and checking for possible side effects, taking and keeping track of patients’ vital signs, and reporting any symptoms and changes that may occur in the patients. Job Duties of a Registered Nurse:
- Keeping detailed and thorough reports and records of patients’ care.
- Providing patients with medication and checking for reactions and side effects.
- Prescribing and giving patients assistive medical devices and treatments.
- Documenting patients’ vital signs and medical histories.
- Requesting patients to undergo medical diagnostic and clinical tests.
- Observing and monitoring patients to document any new symptoms or changes in their condition.
- Giving patients medication that does not involve an IV.
- Collaboration with other members of the healthcare staff in the evaluation and creation of the patients’ nursing care plans.
- Changing patients’ health care treatment plans based on the patients’ conditions and their responses to therapy.
AIIMS Requirements to be a Registered Nurse:
Having a bachelor’s or master’s in nursing.
Passing the National Council Licensure Examination or NCLEX-RN.
Having a state license as registered nurse. Must also have BLS certification.
Must have BLS/CPR from the American Heart Association.
Must have ACLS.
Being able to communicate well with patients, their families, doctors, and hospital staff.
Must have some basic computer skills.
Having a good, professional, and friendly attitude.
Must have some experience in home health care.
Must have experience working in an emergency room or in intensive care.
Core Competences:
- Having compassion, empathy, and ability to manage stress is a must.
- Must be a good communicator and be able to interact with people.

AIIMS Work Setting:
The setting of this job is very broad, including hospitals, clinics, and people’s homes.
You will be scheduled for rotating shifts, which will include nights, weekends, and even holidays.
Core Duties:
Evaluating Patients and Continuous Monitoring During Shifts.
Filling Out Patient Medical History Records.
Conducting Lab Work and Other Medical Diagnostic Procedures.
Implementing Treatments and Administering Prescribed Medications. .
Observing Patients and Ensuring Their Overall Safety and Wellbeing. .
Creating Patient Care Plans and Collaborating with Other Medical Professionals.
Teaching Patients and Family Members.
Providing Emotional Support and Advocating on Their Behalf.
