We are looking for a leading Genpact AI Data Scientist to innovate, develop and operationalize generative AI applications and models that can generate valuable insights, creative business domain content, or solve domain-specific problems. The successful candidate will be an experienced in the area of data science, machine learning, AI and natural language processing (NLP) with an enthusiasm for innovation and real-world application. Python, PySpark, SQL Skills including Python libraries such as Spark MLlib Skill on Data Science Libraries (Scikit-learn, XGBoost etc.) Data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Plotly, Matplotlib etc.) Cloud platforms (Databricks is preferred, AWS and Azure and GCP are acceptable.) Genpact Key Responsibilities?
Can design, build and release machine learning models to production at scale.
Implement real use business applications using GenAI, NLP and Deep Learning capabilities.
Take full control of the entire model pipeline — from ideation and training to testing and deployment.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to build AI-driven product capabilities.
Make the model scalable, reliable as well as robust in performance
Required Experience: Genpact
1+ years leading data science or machine learning teams.
Demonstrated history of deploying end-to-end scalable ML models in production and driving quantifiable business value.
Hands on experience with structured, semi-structured and unstructured data.
Extensive knowledge in customer and marketing based data analytics.
Extensive knowledge about AI/ML trends in relation to their business applications.
Demonstrated experience presenting insights and data driven recommendations to senior level stakeholders
