About the Role:
is seeking enthusiastic and confident Senior Tele Sales Executives to join our expanding sales team. This position is ideal for candidates who have excellent communication skills, a persuasive tone, and a desire to meet and exceed sales targets.
As part of our in-house team, you will be the voice of our brand — responsible for connecting with potential customers, explaining services, answering queries, and converting leads into successful registrations. Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote matrimonial services.
- Provide accurate information about packages, features, and benefits.
- Build trust and maintain positive relationships with prospective clients.
- Understand customer needs and offer appropriate solutions.
- Follow up with interested leads and close sales efficiently.
- Maintain daily records of calls and conversions.
- Meet daily and monthly sales targets.
- Coordinate with the support and operations team to ensure client satisfaction.
What We’re Looking For:
- Excellent communication skills in Hindi (Basic English is a plus).
- A pleasant, confident, and convincing voice over the phone.
- Ability to handle rejections and objections positively.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and team-friendly attitude.
- Previous experience in tele-sales, customer service, or call centers is preferred but not mandatory.
- Basic knowledge of computers and CRM tools is an advantage.
