In less than a year, we’ve grown to support over 100 active clients, and we’re continuing to expand. We’re now looking for a dedicated Social Media Account Manager to join our team.
Key Responsibilities
Facebook Account Management
- Manage multiple Facebook business accounts.
- Create, schedule, and publish posts.
- Monitor activity, respond to comments, and engage with audiences.
- Track performance metrics and adjust strategies when necessary.
Community Management
- Research, identify, and join relevant Facebook groups.
- Ensure full compliance with group rules and standards.
- Build and maintain professional relationships with group administrators.
Data Management
- Maintain accurate spreadsheets with group details and posting records.
- Track engagement metrics for each campaign.
- Generate performance reports to present progress and outcomes.
Required Qualifications
- Active personal Facebook account and familiarity with platform features.
- Experience in professional account management is a plus.
- Basic proficiency with spreadsheet tools (Excel, Google Sheets, etc.).
- Ability to manage multiple tasks at once.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Dependable internet connection.
