Role Descriptions
Ticket Counter Operator:
As a Ticket Counter Operator, you will help people buy tickets, answer questions, and remember to provide great customer service to help people travel hassle-free. Basic computer skills and good verbal skills will help you do well in this job.
Station Controller:
If you decide to apply for the Station Controller job, you will be responsible for the smooth functioning of the metro stations. You will be expected to supervise the emergency control of technical systems, respond to emergencies, and manage activities at the station. Strong technical, and leadership skills will help you succeed in this role.
Driver Pilot:
As a Driver Pilot, you are in charge of safely operating a metro train while being responsible for the safety of the people onboard. You are expected to be highly trained in metro operations, for this position, you will need a valid driving license and to complete metro operations.
DMRC Eligibility Criteria

Selection Process for DMRC

15 days of training on Token Operator for DMRC Only.
After training, each candidate will need to do a skill test where they will need to perform a specific task to continue to the next phase.

This stage also assesses the candidate’s readiness for the role.
