Description of Roles
Ticket Counter Operator: You will be providing services to clients by giving clients tickets and answering any questions or problems they have with their tickets as well as providing quality services in customer assistance to aid in the customers positive service and travel experience. Station Controller: If applying for the position of Station Controller, you will be responsible for the complete functioning of tickets operated at the Metro station. You have to supervise and command the usage of the station for technical emergency control, and the overall usage of the station. For this position, you need complete command of positive techical management and emergency control to integrate and lead all operations. Driver Pilot:
In this position, you are responsible for moving the metro trains, ensuring the safety of all passengers and completing the required travel on the assigned route. Performing all of these operational movements with appropriate and required training and licenses will entitle you to the role.
