Air Ticketing Executive must handle domestic and international flight reservations using Global Distribution Systems (GDS) like Amadeus, Galileo or Sabre. In this position, you must give customers flight details including schedules, ticket pricing, baggage policies, airline policies, seat availability, and more. Other accountabilities in this position are ticketing for issuances, re-issuances, cancellations, and refunds that involve due diligence in the application of fares, taxes, and service charge computations. Air Ticketing Executive has to liaise with the airlines and travel partners to respond to changes in schedules, flight delays, and customers’ special requests. Keeping passenger details, updating reservations, providing travel paperwork, and other relevant activities fall under this position.

Eligibility Criteria
The minimum qualification for candidates applying for Air Ticketing Executive vacancies is, is at least 10+2. In addition, they should have graduated from an accredited board or university. Although having a diploma or certification in travel, tourism, or aviation is not a requirement, it is recommended. Selection Process
