Key Responsibilities
Welcome passengers on board and assist them with seating arrangements.
Conduct safety demonstrations and ensure compliance with all regulations.
Serve meals, snacks, and beverages during flights.
Handle passenger queries, complaints, and special needs (children, elderly, differently-abled).
Maintain cabin cleanliness and monitor safety standards.
Remain calm and provide assistance during emergencies.
Prepare and submit flight reports for operational efficiency.
