Singapore Airlines Duties:
Flight Preparation: Performing detailed pre-flight evaluations which include looking at flight details, evaluating and preparing a flight plan, checking and assessing relevant weather info, calculating and preparing fuel and ensure that all components of the flight are operational and ready.
Flight Operations: Managing the flight of the plane including navigation of the flight, observing and monitoring all the relevant instruments, and communication of the flight with the air traffic controller and crew, including administration of the schedule for the flight and acting in a decisive manner to ensure safety in case of an emergency.
Safety & Compliance: Service and care for the safety and security of all passengers and crew members, along with the safety of the plane. Also, record performance details in logbooks and follow all regulations. Singapore Airlines
Crew Coordination: Coordination with the First Officer (copilot) and with the cabin crew, and the captain exercising full command.
Post Flight: Completing all required documentation, debriefing, and getting ready for the subsequent flight.
