You Should Know:
You can interview virtually or in person during our walk-in interview events.
You will receive a recruitment offer and further onboarding instructions once you make it to the interview stage.
After We Select You:
A medical and drug test is required.
You are required to take a psychometric test (MMPI). The company will reimburse the cost once you start working.
You will receive extensive training to meet the criteria set forth by DGCA.

- Benefits during the first month of training:
- Guest Accommodation: Company paid accommodation at a guest house near training center.
- Fresher Cabin Crew: ₹18,000 per month during the training period.
- Experienced Crew: ₹25,000 per month during the training period.
Staff travel benefits
Contract of 60 months.

Employee Family Travel: Fly unlimited on the Akasa network, with 6 family members (which includes live-in/LGBTQ partners).
Full medical coverage
Layover Allowance: 500 Rupees foreach 10 hours
Flight Missing Allowance: 350 Rupees for each flight sector
