  • Retrieving Data and Reporting: Get data and create basic reports or summaries of the reports and data.
  • Confidentiality: Handle documents in a sensitive manner and follow the data security guidelines.
  • Support in Admin Tasks: Do administrative tasks that involve scanning, printing, and organizing digital and physical files.

Basic Requirements:

Speed and Accuracy in Writing – You need to type pretty quickly, and with good clarity and zero mistakes.

Basic Computer Skills – You need to know how to use MS Office Suite and some data entry programs.

Being The One Who Notices Details – You have to focus thoroughly on accuracy and consistency.



Being The One Who Organizes – You should be able to manage documents and actions in a timely fashion.

Minimum Level of Education – You normally need a high school diploma or something with equal worth.
