About Gujarat Metro
Gujarat Metro seems to be mostly in search of personnel for the technical and non-technical domains which consists of:
- Station Controller
- Train Operator
- Junior Engineer (Electrical Civil

Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification:
Station Controller / CRA / token Operator – 10+2, Diploma, or Graduate fetching any discipline.
Junior Engineer / Maintainer – Diploma or ITI in Electrical, Civil, Mechanical, or Electronics.
For the Manager and Assistant Manager positions, we are looking for candidates with a B.E. or B.Tech degree coupled with the appropriate experience.
Age Limit:
- Minimum: 18
- Maximum: 28 (Age relaxation for SC/ST/OBC as per government regulations)
Language Requirement:
Basic knowledge of Gujarati, Hindi, and English is required.
Selection Process
For the 2025 selections, Gujarat Metro will follow these steps:
- Training Candidate 15 Days Complete
- For positions such as Station Controller, CRA, and Maintainer, a Skill Test/Interview will be conducted.
- Medical Fitness Test according to the metro rail safety regulations.
- Document Verification (final step before the appointment).
All steps must be passed to be included in the final selection.
Salary and Benefits
Gujarat Metro provides a competitive salary package with extra benefits.
Station Controllers, CRAs, and Token Operators can earn between ₹25,000 and ₹40,000 a month.
Junior Engineers and Maintainers can expect to earn between ₹30,000 and ₹50,000 a month.
Managers and Assistant Managers can earn between ₹50,000 and ₹1,20,000 on a monthly basis.
