Driver:
KSRTC Drivers have the responsibility of transporting passengers and ensuring their comfort and safety during the journey as well as while traveling at the time of the trip. This position must also follow the rules of the road, keep the vehicle neat and orderly, report (to the appropriate person) any mech. problems, and be sure to leave on time and arrive on time.
Conductor:
KSRTC Conductors are responsible for the passengers on their buses, and for the tickets that have been purchased. They also issue tickets, help passengers, and keep the records of their travel. They maintain order on the bus, and assist bus operators.
To be eligible for the positions being offered in this recruitment process, you will need to meet the following criteria:
Educational Qualification
Driver
Minimum of 10th-grade education from a recognized educational institution
Conductor
Minimum of 10th-grade education/PUC
Age Limit
Age of 18 to 35 years will be considered (Age relaxation applies to reserved categories as per the Government of India rules)
License Requirement (Driver)
Possession of a Heavy Motor Vehicle (HMV) driving license that is valid and that you possess the necessary driving experience
Physical Fitness
Must meet the KSRTC predetermined medical as well as physical fitness standards
