- Reporting & Tracking: Recording activities in the CRM, monitoring sales/performance, and preparing reports.
- Market Awareness: Knowledge of the market, organizations, and other relevant factors.

Being able to talk to & explains calmly to others, communicating with clients, talking to influence others to change their minds or actions, overcome difficult tasks, and focused to achieve a goal.
Work Placement: This can be office-based, clients can be visited, or a mix of the two.
