Key Responsibilities:
Create, edit, and proofread premium content for, but not restricted to, blogs, websites, newsletters, case studies, emails, and social media.
Research advanced tech e-commerce and SaaS topics to gain knowledge on the latest trends actively.
Develop content which is SEO optimized and focuses traffic to gain better visibility on the internet.
Engage with the marketing, design, and product teams to build resonance for the content.
Consistency of the Brand and the content has to be maintained at all times.
Help with marketing materials by writing ad copies, newsletters, video scripts, etc.
Track user engagement on content and improve the writings by focusing on the feedback.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
A bachelors degree in English, Journalism, Communications, Marketing, and other related fields.

2-4 years of experience in content writing and copy writing in a SaaS or tech company.
Knowledge of SEO and its related tools.
Impeccable writing, editing, and proofreading capabilities and accuracy to the degree in the content. The ability to convey complex technical information clearly, succinctly, and interestingly.
Basic proficiency in CMS systems (such as WordPress) and ancillary sales technology.
Prioritization and planning skills, as well as outstanding interpersonal communication.
