MMRCL Ticket Counter Staff:
MMRCL duties:
- Sell tickets and smart cards to customers.
- Monitor and record cash and electronic payment transactions with accuracy.
- Be knowledgeable and provide explanations of fares, routes, and schedules.
- Help customers with any questions and problems they have with their tickets.
- Document and record transactions and daily sales to keep daily paperwork up to date.
Customer Service:
Main duties:
Assisting people boarding and alighting public transport.
Support and guide commuters, particularly during peak periods.
Address issues with courtesy and escalate as required.
Sustain passenger contentment and assist station functions.
Eligibility & Skills:
Educational requirements:
Typically, 10th or 12th pass from a recognized board for ticketing/customer support posts.
Good communication skills (in English and local languages) are often desirable.
Basic math and cash handling skills (for ticketing).
Pleasant and helpful attitude.
