We are looking for a dynamic, result-oriented Sales Executive to join our growing team in the architectural lighting segment. The ideal candidate will be focused on generating B2B leads, providing tailored lighting presentations, and closing deals leading to revenue generation with architects, consultants, designers, and institutional clients in and around Delhi NCR. Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Closure: Find, pursue and close B2B sales in architectural LED lighting for indoor and outdoor lighting.
Client Engagement: Product presentations and demos to architects, consultants, interior designers, hotel chains, builders, and institutions.
Relationship Building: Strengthen relationships with key decision-makers in the construction, design, and hospitality industries for strategic long-term partnerships.
Market Intelligence: Track the evolution of the lighting industry, competitive environment, and new technologies in lighting and façade solutions.
Reporting: Timely sales reports including client feedback and sales predictions for the management.
Target Achievement: Attain and surpass monthly and quarterly sales requirements.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Experience: 2 – 5 years in B2B sales in architectural lighting, building materials, or design solutions preferred.
Transport: Own vehicle is preferred for frequent client visits.
Communication: Outstanding presentation, and interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
Negotiation: Ability to close sales and negotiations effectively.
Tech Savvy: Familiar with CRM tools, digital sales presentations, and sales tracking tools.
