Who can Apply:

Knowledge of call handling, phone etiquette’s & Basic Email writing skills
Fluent in English, Hindi languages
Basic knowledge of Excel
HSC completed can apply, however Graduation will be preferred.
Minimum 6months – 1 year of experience in customer service background.

Key Responsibilities:
- Doing outbound calls to customers to offer info about shipment and delivery services.
- Tracking and reporting on delayed shipments via the courier’s website.
- Follow up with the courier team about delivery.
- Record and manage customer records.
- 150 – 200 outbound calls to be made daily.
- No targets, no sales, A laptop & phone will be provided.
- 6 days’ work from the office.
Education:
We require that you have completed a secondary education; hence, you must have completed the 12th grade.
Work Experience:
1 year of voice inbound service
1 year of customer service
Email chat experience is preferred but not required.
Skills:
Proficient in the English language
Work can be done from any remote location.
