Key Responsibilities
Ensure the well being and safety of all passengers during the flight.
Go through safety checks and brief passengers on emergency procedures before the flight and boarding.
Assist all passengers to their allocated seats while also offering assistance with their cabin baggage as well as any other special requirements.
Assist all crew members as well as the Captain and Co-Pilot in the flight deck for smooth flight operations.
Participate in a self-assessment to Identify your strengths and weaknesses.
Give the cabin a thorough clean during the flight and make sure it is tidy during the flight.
Be polite and respectful to each other while serving to all passengers.
Assist passengers with questions, complaints, and requests in a courteous way and do your best to resolve the issue.
Follow the flight schedule and be ready to board on time.
Skills & Qualifications Required
- The necessary qualifications needed for the position is a 12th Pass.
- Fluent communication in English is required and speaking other languages is a plus.
- Remarkable soft skills with customer service relations.
- As per the airline’s requirements, a person who is physically fit who has no scars or tattoos and has normal eyesight.
- The person must also meet the Airline’s minimum standards of BMI.
- The candidates must be able to stay calm and collected in case of emergencies.

General Requirements For Eligibility
- Airline workers must be 18-27 years (this can change according to the airline).
- must be 155 cm tall for females and 170 cm for male to satisfy the height requirements.
- Unmarried (this can change according to the airline).
- Obtain a pass for the DGCA/Airline Medical Standards.
The Steps In the Selection
An Application Along With A Screening Test Included within the airline career portal is a Resume and a photo that candidates are expected to submit.
