A receptionist acts as a front-line team member and is responsible for opening and closing front desk operations and managing a number of administrative duties roles in the office for the efficient running of the office. These duties can be tailored for the needs of the specific organization or the industry. Reliance Jobs Ahmedabad

Reliance Responsibilities:

Greeting Visitors: Assist clients and guests by giving and guiding them through the information and help they need thank them and thank them for visiting.

Managing Phone Calls: Ensure reception desk and office remain Pandora. Screen, receive, and forward incoming telephone inquiries and relay messages as in bound calls.

Scheduling Appointments: Keep calendars up to date to arrange for appointments, assist in the organization of meeting room bookings and make meeting rooms ready for conducting the meeting.

Reliance Administrative Support:

Assist with office organization with common office management duties including but not limited to document management, provide office filing and office paperwork, email management, letter management, and package manage correspondence in support of office operations.



Maintaining Records:

Maintain up to date and precise logs for guests and visitors and ensure visitor IDs badges are provided to guests. Ensure that all steps for securing are met.

Customer Service: Preserve and enhance positive relation with patrons and visitors to the office as the reception desk and user interaction.

Customer Service Orientation: A pleasant manner and nature along with the ability to work successfully and productively with patrons and clients.

Technical Proficiency: Required to have complete knowledge of Microsoft or other office software used within the position office. A higher-than-average knowledge with electronic and automated office systems is required.

Experience: Applicants need to have prior experience in office reception or office administrative positions, but those with limited experience are welcome to apply for entry level positions.

Qualifications:
