Key Responsibilities:
Serve customers and attend to their questions via phone, Instagram, WhatsApp, and Emails.
Learn about and help with the order management workflows including confirmation of COD and order status management.
Assist the sales team in identifying prospective customers and in follow up for bulk/corporate orders.
Assist in the updating and maintenance of customer databases and order tracking system in Google Sheets/Excel.
Who We Are Looking For (Ideal Candidate):
Any graduate, or an undergraduate student specializing in BBA, MBA , Marketing, or Mass Communication will qualify.
Outstanding working knowledge of speaking and writing in Hindi and English.
Ability to quickly comprehend concepts and a genuine interest in sales, customer service, and e-commerce.
Appreciate a basic understanding of Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs) or MS Office.
Good problem solving skills, with an optimistic approach.
