Piner Digital is looking for our first Digital Marketing SEO Specialist to manage end-to-end digital growth for our brand. Employees at Piner Digital manage SEO performance, Zoho campaigns, Ads on LinkedIn, growth of our page on LinkedIn, and performance on our website to determine how well our brand is recognized on various search engines. Key Responsibilities

Search Engine Optimization

Implement a strong search engine marketing strategy for Piner Digital to ensure they show up on the first page of Google when search results come up.

As a team member, you will do primary and secondary keyword research, and competitor comparison. Do on-page and off-page optimization.

As a user, you will improve the website structure, develop new URLs, update metadata, and improve passwords for internal linking.



You will manage campaigns to acquire backlinks and build legimate high-value links.

Using Google Search Console, Google Analytics, SEMrush, and Ahrefs, you will monitor and evaluate site performance and visibility.

You will track and improve search engine visibility so our domain authority can be increased.

Zoho Campaigns Automation

Deploy email marketing campaigns via Zoho to acquire and retain customers.

As a manager, you will design automation journeys, drip campaigns, and mailing lists for segmentation.

You will be responsible for keeping our Zoho CRM data clean and campaign results up-to-date.

You will guide campaign results for open rates, click through rates, and overall conversion improvements.

LinkedIn Ads Performance Marketing

You will manage LinkedIn paid ads for growing targeted audiences and optimizing campaigns.

Your campaigns will include lead generation, brand awareness, and promotional offers for events.Track CPC, CPL, impressions, conversions, and reallocate budgets accordingly.

Create performance dashboards, and summarize them into weekly reports.

  1. LinkedIn Organic Growth

Boost and Manage LinkedIn posts to expand reach and obtain higher engagement.

Increase LinkedIn page followers solely through organic means, or manage sponsored campaigns to achieve this.

Create and schedule quality content that aligns appropriately with the brand.

Engagement metrics should be monitored to enhance the overall presence.

  1. Website Management

Manage all updates on the Piner Digital website, including landing pages, content refresh, SEO fixes, and all other updates in Lloyd Ventures.

Developers and designers should be coordinated with in order to make UI/UX improvements.

Website exceeding the standard optimization speeds should also be ensured on all mobile devices.

A/B testing should be carried out in order to improve conversions.

  1. Analytics Reporting

Provide weekly and monthly reports regarding SEO ranking, website traffic, performance in campaigns, and ROI.

Insights should be actionable, and data should be examined in order to define them.

Dashboards in Zoho, Analytics, and LinkedIn should be maintained.

What you need to have/brings to the table:

2-5 years in SEO and Digital Marketing

Strong operational knowledge of Zoho Campaigns Zoho CRM

Running performance marketing campaigns with LinkedIn Ads

Competency with SEO Tools: Ahrefs, SEMrush, MOZ, Google Search Console, Google Analytics

Strong many strategic roles with content, keyword intent, ranking with algorithms, and structure.

General knowledge of HTML would be beneficial, along with WordPress/CMS, website hosting, and technical SEO.

Top-tier communication, analytical, and reporting skills.
