What Are the Responsibilities?
- Customer service. Attend to customer calls, emails and chats.
- Listen to and address customer issues, questions and comments.
- Problem-solving. Customer problems. Provide reasonable and timely solutions.
- Knowledge of product or service. Learn the various offerings of the organization, products or services, and the features and benefits they provide.
- Communication. Use simple and straight forward terms to relay info to customers.
- Documentation. Properly and accurately document all customer interactions and transactions.
- Proactive reporting or improvements. Document issues that arise more often and report them to the right persons for betterment of the process.
- Resolution of issues. Use logical reasoning to provide solutions to problems and address them by working with other teams to find solutions to more complex problems.
- Customer support. Teach customers how to use the product and features of it.
- Customer feedback. Report customer feedback to the respective departments. Help in obtaining feedback from customers to refine the service.

What Are The Qualifications?
High School Education. A customer care executive is expected to have finished high school. A degree is more often than not a requirement.
Communication Skills:
You need to be able to talk and write to customers clearly and professionally when communicating with customers and clients.
Empathy: You should be able to listen to a customer and genuinely understand their problems.
Problem-Solving: You will need to use reasoning to come to a solution based on the information you have.
Patience: You must be able to handle high-stress situations and remain calm under pressure.
Technical Skills: You should have a basic understanding of customer service software.
Experience: You may have related work history in customer service, or you may be a good candidate for the entry-level jobs where skills and a positive attitude are the most important.
