The number of openings, including the reserved jobs mentioned above, is temporary and can vary based on the Bank’s real needs. The minimum learning qualifications needed for each position are outlined. The applicant should hold qualifications and have unobstructed relevant full-time work experience as of the stipulated dates. Candidates under reserved categories, such as Persons with Benchmark Disabilities, for whom no reservation has been mentioned, can apply to the General Category positions as long as such candidates meet all the General Category qualifying criteria. Reservations under various categories will be made as per the existing government rules. As per the Government of India guidelines, candidates under Pd.D. must submit a certificate issued by the relevant authority.

Shortlisting: Selection Process:
- Online Written Test
- Screening of Applications
- Interview
Stage one: Shortlisting and selection – Candidates must fulfill minimum education and experience requirements to qualify for shortlisting and present their CVs for assessment; however, presenting a CV that meets minimal education and professional experience requirements does not automatically qualify a candidate for an interview.
Step two: Interviews, weighted 100 points. The minimum score to qualify comes from the Bank. Answers to this will not be entertained.
Step three: Ranked on a list. There will be a selection based on interview scores only; a ranking list will be prepared and released in a descending order for selection. In the case that a significant number of participants reach cutoff score (common marks for a cutoff score), a tie will be resolved based on age for selection.
