Security Guard Jobs

While Security and Facility Services recruits a new Security Guard to implement strategies, select personnel, and determine actions to make certain that a facility/structure and those inside are protected and secure, You will oversee, coordinate and assess the members of the security staff to achieve effective management of the security personnel. We are looking for a reliable Specialist Security who will ensure the security of the staff and the premises and will stop unwanted access and actions. Security personnel work in different environments, including offices, shopping centers, and organizations, and keep the area safe by their active presence and immediate reaction to any danger or emergency. To do security work, you need to be awake and act in a disciplined manner. An ideal security guard keeps track of every person who enters the area and prevents any wrongdoing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Establish protection measures of buildings and computer systems.
• Perform frequent facility inspections and walk-throughs.
• Limit access to sensitive areas, such as inventory and employee files.
• Recruit, educate, and manage the security guard force.
• Recognize and assess value of possible risks.
• Create and maintain a positive rapport with members of the security division and keep management informed of issues.
• Notify the police, fire, or EMS of the need for security emergencies.

Job Requirements:

You need to meet the basic requirements to be considered for the position. Candidates must be able to closely watch for, pay, and understand the details of safety and environmental regulations in order to maintain a secure environment. Candidates must be able to work the Working Days/ Shift Type shifts.

Security Guard Requirements:

• A high school qualification or equivalent.
• A qualification in security training.
• Basic first aid skills would be advantageous.
• Physical strength and fitness.
• Prior experience as a Security Guard would be advantageous.
• Attention to detail
