There is a combination of skills we are looking for in a candidate. They include great attention to detail, creativity, and a certain level of competence as a content writer to create compelling and appropriate pedagogical content for early childhood/pre-primary audiences aged two to eight. Ideal candidates will be able to demonstrate exceptional levels of research competency, command of grammar and sentence structure, and the ability to submit documents containing zero errors, as we are looking for candidates to be able to submit what will be top quality work.
Key Responsibilities:
Content Development:
At this stage, kids are curious about anything and everything around them, so the ideal type of content combines fun, education, and plenty of interactivity. Create stories, rhymes, worksheets, and activity-based learning materials specifically designed for pre-primary learners.
Worksheet & Learning Product Design:
Create interactive workbooks, study cards, games, and other novel tools designed to promote customizable learning from experience.
Toy-Based TLM Creation:
Construct and document hands on play centered learning resources that are reflective of early childhood education theory and practice.
Thorough Research:
This request asks for specific critical thinking skills for capturing fact patterns throughout multiple publications and analyzing and comparing various authors’ arguments and presentations for contradictory statements in both their claims and evidence.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Education:
- Bachelor s degree in early childhood education, English, Journalism, Mass Communication, or related field. Background in Montessori or Child Psychology is a strong advantage.
- Language Mastery:
- Excellent use of language with great command over grammar, sentence structuring as well as proofreading skills.
- Research Rigor:Comprehensive research skills and converting gathered insights into content relevant and easy to digest to children.
- Creative Thinking:The capability to create interesting worksheets and learning tools for different ages and levels of development.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with Montessori-aligned content and/or books
Experience creating bilingual and/or multilingual educational materials
Experience with toy-centered and experiential learning methods
Interest in innovative approaches to early childhood education skills
