Key Highlights of Conductor:
Recruiting Employees: TSRTC is going to recruit 1300 conductors at different locations.
Promotions: 800 will be promoted to other departments at conduction and 200 will be promoted
Age Limit: As a rule, you should be at least 18 years and should not be older than 40 years. However, relaxation is provided as per the government order for SC, ST, OBC.
Education: Must be a graduate and have the 10th class certification from recognized Board.
Mental and Physical Fitness: All the recruits should be mentally and physically fit. Additionally, you should be able to comprehend basic Telugu.
Shifts:
Street Conductors perform duties on an 8 to 12-hour shift. This is based on the specified bus route and the bus passenger amount.
Salary: Based on good performance, Conductors are eligible for promotion to a higher tier, such as a supervisor. They can continue to get promotions based on continued service.
Inclusiveness: A considerable amount of the vacant positions for Conductors will be given to deserving women. Particularly, those who are assigned to short-distance route city buses will benefit.
Responsibilities: Conductors facilitate the management of confused passengers and assist with on-board safety issues. They also perform ETM (Electronic Ticketing Machine) ticketing and ticketing record maintenance.

Educational attainment: At least grade 10 must be completed.
Driving Requirements: A Heavy Transport Vehicle (HTV) or Heavy Motor Vehicle (HMV) active driving permit must be possessed.
Age limit: Mostly below the age of 60.
More requirements: One Transfer Certificate (TC), driving license extract from RTA, Aadhar card and bank passbook.
Job functions: Driving the buses while following the provided instructions and geographic routes while obeying all traffic and safety rules and arriving and departing all scheduled stops and the depot on time while helping and giving special attention to the elderly and disabled passengers.
Shifts: The conductors sell the tickets, assist the passengers, and ensure their safety. Furthermore, they manage the sold tickets documents using Electronic Ticketing Machines (ETMs).
