Job Role and Responsibilities
The Role of a Token Operator is to ensure the proper functioning of all systems at the metro stations. In relation to the customers, the token operator serves as the first and last point of contact. This Involves all responsibilities that relate to customer service.
The main duties are as follows:
Collecting and analyzing fares to confirm proper balance sheets.
Answering and resolving customer inquiries about payment systems and travel cards.
