As a lead PhonePe you will be responsible for planning, assembling, and editing distinct film and video footage all whilst creating completed, broadcast-ready projects that align with the visions of the production director.

PhonePe Responsibilities:

  • Evaluating the vision of the director for the production.
  • Understanding the vision of the director for the production.
  • Consulting the production director to understand the vision of the production.

  • Preparing for the meeting by reviewing the raw production material to create a shot list.
  • Using advanced editing technology to adjust video and film material.
  • Moving video clips to adjust to new scenes while maintaining film continuity.
  • Trimming raw video material and compiling the draft project.
  • Inserting dialogues, adding music, sound effects, graphics, and video effects.
  • Ensuring the project is sequenced logically.
  • Consulting with the production team and director throughout the project.

Requirements for PhonePe

You need a bachelor’s degree in film studies, cinematography, or a related degree.

You need previous video editing experience.

You need practical experience with editing software. Include Adobe After Effects, Final Cut Pro X, Avid Media Composer, Lightworks, and Premiere.



You need a creative and artistic portfolio.

You need to have knowledge of 3D composition and special effects.
