Eligibility for Appointment: –
Candidates must satisfy the following eligibility conditions to be able to get appointed to the role of Constables in Central Police Forces.
- Age: 18 to 23 years.
(1st of August of every year will be the cut-off date for the ages) - Educational Qualification: Tenth Standard Certificate or Matriculation Examination.
Physical Standards.
- Height: For Males: 170 cm.
- For Females: 157 cm.
- Weight: For both Males and Females: must be proportionate to the height and age as per medical criteria.

Eyesight: Candidates must be able to see distance clearly with vision measurement of 6/6 for one eye and 6/9 for the other without the aid of corrective lenses.
