Key Responsibilities and Attributes
- Primary Responsibility
- Edit and produce Ishan Suri and Meesho’s personal brand videos in the form of reels, shorts, and style edits that are high quality and in the style of short-form content.
- Brand edits should be adjusted to all guidelines and toned in a professional manner.
Additional Responsibilities
- Find and gather stock videos or clips to create above average edits from the high-definition clips in our collection, stock sites, or internet.
- Stay updated with trending topics and keep audio, video and editing styles current to maintain the relevancy of the content.
- Assist in the creation of short-form content by providing outlines or drafts for the video content for the reels and shorts, and provide script writing assistance as needed.
- Participate in the brainstorming and testing phases of video concepts, advertisement, and eye-catching phrases in an attempt to provide the content with fresh and desirable ideas.
- Work with the brand and social media teams to help turn customer features and insights from the product into content with the help of descriptive and engaging explanations to ensure that all teams are aligned.

YouTube Content: Create and edit YouTube videos, including thumbnails and/ or motion graphics, with attention to optimizing CTR.
Who You Are:
- You are a video editor with a focus on short-form edits.
- A ‘digital native’ who understands how to spot trends and ‘ride the wave’ before it peaks.
- Knowledgeable on editing tools: Premiere Pro, Final Cut, After Effects, Cap Cut Pro, etc.
- Understands and appreciates the brand guidelines and knows how to upscale the look and feel of the content to top tier.
- Focused, Artistic, willing to accept a challenge and a risk.
- Strong self-discipline and can work with little to no supervision, but also knows how to work with group dynamics.
