Inventory/Sales Manages IBM Depot is looking for a well-rounded and hard-working Inventory/Sales Manager to join our staff. The individual will have a background in inventory management, book sales, purchasing, and customer service. As the Inventory/Sales Manager, you will ensure the store is operated smoothly, maintain the accuracy of the inventory and control cash and sales growth. Zomato Jobs Amritsar

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to emails, phone, and chat inquiries from customers quickly both pre-sale and post-sale.
  • Resolve issues with orders or products, delays, replacements, damages, returns and refunds.
  • Keep a record of customer’s interactions and transactions.
  • Communicate effectively to internal peers for coordination (store, dispatch, product team) to get the issues resolved.
  • Keep a tab on all the pending customer issues and follow-up until issues are taken to closure.
  • Keep customer satisfaction high by delivering friendly and efficient service.
  • Deal with escalations in a professional manner and maintain a fast turnaround.
  • Help to handle ratings and reviews across platforms such as Amazon and Flipkart.
  • To: Prepare simple inquiries, complaints and resolving reports in customer related matters.
  • Expertise in CRM

Required Skills & Qualifications?

Successful record of directing inventory, sales, or retail operation.

Extremely strong experience in fulfilling cash handling and good record-keeping practices.



Strong organization and time management skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including customer service.

Should be able to interpret sales data and make sound decisions.

Experience working with vendors and book purchasing preferred.

Basic knowledge of inventory software and computer systems.

Respond promptly to customer inquiries via chat, email, phone, or support tickets. Log customer interactions, feedback, and issues in CRM or ticketing systems. Liaise and follow up with internal teams for issue resolution & ensuring timely closure.
