✈️ Roles & Responsibilities
Assist passengers while boarding, arranging their seats, and Making sure that boarding is completed in an orderly manner. Assist in procedures on passenger and emergency safety as well as make sure procedures are adhered to. During the flying period, provide and serve meals, snacks, and Qualified Beverages to the passengers. Respond to the passengers’ questions and provide assistance to disadvantaged individuals requesting special help. Assist in the management of in-flight sales, announcements, and services that are requested. Observe and enforce the rules of cleanliness and hygiene in the cabin. With poise, deal with emergency situations that arise. Cabin Crew member is expected to be polite, well-groomed and pays attention to the other customers and therefore, the airline’s image at all times.
🎓 What is the criteria for obtaining a diploma? You have to be a 10+2 Student (pass English) in a school registered with the government.
Age Limit: 18 to 24 years old (varies based on the hiring airline).
Height & Weight: 155cm in height minimum (women) & 170cm minimum (men) with proportional weight.
Language Skills: Proficient in English and Hindi. Knowledge of other regional or foreign languages is a plus.
Medical Standards: Physically fit in all aspects with clear skin and good overall health alongside good eye-sight.

💰 Salary & Benefits
Starting Salary: Domestic airlines: ₹35,000 – ₹75,000 a month.
International airlines: ₹80,000 – ₹2,00,000 a month or even above.
