The CRM Executive will manage the CRM system, maintain accurate sales data, update
enquiries/quotations/orders, and generate reports to support the sales team with proper tracking and
visibility.

Exp- 2-3 yrs

Salary – 30k – 35 k

🔻 Key Responsibilities

Update CRM with enquiries, quotations, orders & follow-ups
Maintain accurate customer database & sales pipeline status
Prepare daily/weekly/monthly MIS reports
Track pending enquiries, ageing reports & follow-up cycles
Support Sales Team with dashboards, data analysis & reminders
Ensure CRM discipline and data accuracy across the sales department
Highlight delays, missed follow-ups & urgent actions to team

🔻 Skills Required

Strong Excel & Google Sheets skills
Experience with CRM tools (Zoho/HubSpot/Excel CRM)
Good analytical & reporting skills
Process-driven & detail-oriented
Strong coordination ability



Preferred Background
• 1–3 years in CRM / Data Management / Sales Support
• Experience in manufacturing or B2B industry preferred
