Selection Process
The selection for Railway Group D Recruitment 2025 comprises several stages to ensure a fair and merit-based recruitment:
Computer-Based Test (CBT): An objective online exam of 90 minutes with questions on General Science, Mathematics, General Intelligence & Reasoning, and General Awareness & Current Affairs.

Salary & Benefits
Selected candidates are appointed under the 7th Pay Commission Level-1, with a basic salary starting around ₹18,000 per month, along with allowances such as Dearness Allowance (DA), House Rent Allowance (HRA), and other perks, bringing total in-hand salary to roughly ₹22,000–₹26,000 per month depending on posting and allowances.
